Dr. Ginny Catania works as a glaciologist at the University of Texas, Austin. She is interested in understanding how ice sheets will respond to future changes in climate. She is originally from Canada and escapes the Texas heat with many trips to the polar regions! She has been travelling to Antarctica since 1996 and recently completed her first field season in Greenland. Ginny runs the Wired Antarctica website and can be contacted by writing here.
Jeff Catania is a teacher at E.C. Drury High School in Milton, Ontario. Jeff has been instrumental in getting this project off the ground. He teaches computer studies, science and technical studies. Jeff has been developing lesson plans to work alongside the web page in his science classes.
